Name escapes me right now (17 hours at work today :dizzy: ) but it's on the NW corner of 33 mile and coon creek.

Not sure if it's still in business though....Had it listed last time I went by. I'm headed to Romeo tommorow.... I'll scope it out for you and let you know what the skinny is.

G.B's fishing hole. I think they did go out of business. There was a for sale sign the last time I passed by. Take a ride and knock on a few doors in that area or across Armada Ridge. Just about everyone has a pond and you should be able to find someone that will let you fish. Addison Oaks might be a good place to try also. Lots of gills (small) I hear.

I know there is a fish farm still in operation up Van Dyke. I thinkn it is between Imaly City and Brownstown, maybe someone can help with the name.It is on the left side of the road if you are heading north,it looks like it used to be an old gravel pit you cant miss it because of the big dirt piles. Not sure what they got in there but I heard they have trout and catfish.Hope this helps ya.Oh yeah good luck with your other catch:D

Hey Neil,
I don't know how far you want to drive, but with the right company it's not bad. In Dexter there a very nice place called Spring Valley trout farm. It's not far from Chelsea. They have the set up done right. several trout ponds, catfish pond, and a panfish pond. It's been a while since I've been there, but it was nice. Pavillion area, grills and such. I took my wife and son there. They may have a website. Have fun.:)

I remember once we hunted a preserve in the thumb and caught 10 trout afterwards too.

My nephew who carried a BB gun all day and had maybe shot one pheasant on the wing ;) wanted to catch some fish.
So we popped for 10 trout and he caught them all by himself.
Those things put up a scrappy fight too.
The pheasants plus his 10 trout fed the family that evening.
It was a very memorable family day!
