I worked the headquarters and weigh in from Midnight on Sunday till 8:00 am ... long night but we DID see some really nice fish come in. Sorry I did not get a chance to meet some of you. The consensus by almost everyone was the huge take of small fish that were returned. The DNR biologist that met with the tournament members early on, hit it right on the head with that one !! Next year is going to be veryyy good !!
Hope you all had a great time .. next year will be even better. EVERY ticket was sold by Friday morning .. all 500 ... thank you all ...
Our good friend and great fisherman Bob Heydens from St Clair took the "HOG" with his 10 lb, 5 oz fish ... 31 1/2" if I remember right ..
Congrats to you "HABBUT" !!

No problem Ed, glad I could help out. I sure wish I knew why the big fish you guys were hooking wanted my kicker motor so dang bad. Never seen anything like that before. Maybe that brownish/grey paint job makes it look like a goby. :D
