found compound bow

This is strange, but I was checking out my old haunts this morning and I found a compound bow hanging in a tree. One arrow about 10 feet from the tree and two in a quiver about 50 feet from the tree.

The bow seems to have been there at least since deer season, has some rusty mounts. Seems to be in good shape otherwise.

Sure would like to know the story behind that one?? :confused: So, if anyone knows anything, then give me a shout. Jody

:lol: Thats what I was thinking Randy. I started to leave the woods, but it just didn't make sense. So, I figured someone got PO'd and threw the quiver. Went back and circled the tree and sure enough there's the quiver in some weeds.

To get that p*ssed though tells me he probably missed that big bruiser I've been seeing in the area :yikes: ;) Jody

On the 18th!!!! I could see maybe the sand around the 7th or 8th, But on the 18th wow. Heck the 19th was next :lol: it couldn't have been that bad :yikes: :lol:
