Lake Allegan?

Hello. I am looking for information about Lake Allegan. I have been scouring the internet but so far have come up with nothing useful.

Does anyone know the depth of Lake Allegan and what the fishing is like? Is it full of carp and catfish or can better fishing be found there?

certainly not one of the more desirable places to fish....stumps, junk abound in the murky water..carp are the predominant species. as a reservoir of the kalamazoo river it does have a gamefish population..i never found them!..lol..fished it twice, never found the urge to try again..even with the depth finder i had difficulty locating the old channel, which i imagine harbors a lot of the gamefish.
