Walleye in the Flint River

Went fishing with a buddy of mine and my brother and we were in the water from 8 to 6 and caught 14 keeper walleye with the average at about 20". Many fish in the river still. Also caught some suckers in the holes down by the poop plant. Good luck.

Was gonna go down there the other day, but didn't. I don't know why, since it's only a good cast away, can probably hit the water from my yard. But still I haven't been down there. What we're you guys catching them on, I'm just down the river a bit in Flushing. Thanks for any info you can give.

CHARTREUCE! That was the key color, jigs and cranks both were working. I used the twister tail and pulled in 6 keepers with my biggest being 24". Good luck
