Ugly conditions Saturday??????

Hope the weatherman is wrong again about the weather for Saturday. They are saying 40 mph. winds with a 50% chance of rain. Have seen better openers. Still will be out somewhere hoping they are wrong.......

Winds that strong will more than likely change where and how I fish. That much wind will make for a strong walleye drift........

With those kind of winds there is no need to run the motor to troll, the trick will be slowing your speed down to 1.7 mph or less. :lol:

I'll be out rain, wind does not matter, one way or another.

I hope that the 40mph wind comes from the south so I can cast form the pier to0 the other pier:lol: I went out a few nights ago and there was about 25mph winds from the south and I was casting a LONG way and catching a lot of fish standing on the solid pier while guys were in there boats bobbing up and down:D Good luck to all

I just checked the weather report for the weekend. Looks like the wind is going to be as bad as it was last Saturday. Look at it this way, at least we won't have to deal with the snow and cooler air temp.
