Trenton Channel Friday Morning

My buddy and I are going to take my boat out for the first time this year and jig the river Friday morning (along with everyone else)

Hunt4Ever on 68.

Pray for SOME OK weather.

Take some very warm clothes. Some friends were down there today and got there limit and said it was cold.

Weather was much better than I thought. Temperature was OK. Wind was light and the water clarity was pretty good.

My buddya and I each missed a couple but we did manage one 18" fish for the morning. We left just as it started to rain.

We fished south of the stacks. I thought there would be more boats out on a Friday morning. I think the weather report scared them off. The most I saw anyone else catch is 3 so I think our 1 is an OK morning. Not a lot of nets in the water yesterday morning.

Looking forward to some better weather for the next trip.

Don't feel bad, I had a bad day, at the Upper end of River

1) Some days you win, while others loose. 2) And some days you loose while other loose, 3) and some days you loose while other win and get Limits.

I hate when #3 happens, cause that means it was me.
