best time to hunt yotes

being a newbie i just wanted some ole pros ideas on when the best time to hunt to hunt them i have been a few times at night with a few shots taken but no kills and i havent tried it during the day yet. also is the any good books or videos out there to help a rookie like me out? any help would be great!

The best time to hunt them for me has been during the worst part of the winter; i.e. January and February. This is when they are most desperate for food. February is also when their breeding season is. During these months I have seen them at all times of the day. Mostly in the first few hours of daylight though.
