Does anyone know if south dakota honors michigan hunters safety liscenses. We were planning on going Pheasent Hunting there next year. But i will be 15, and dont want to take it there, but want to go. If anyone can find this out for me id appreciate it.

Yes it is reciprocating....I don't believe any state requires their Hunter safety as a prereq(over your home states) for buying a licensce. Make sure your party check into the law out there as well because some states require a certificate into your 40's, and a prior license is not good enough! They also require that you carry your certificate on you while you are hunting in the state! I would confirm at the South Dakota DNR and I believe they put out a Pheasant package that they can mail to you!
