If I saw a cougar I would be excited too! I personally have just stopped reading those threads, but let em have their fun.

Here is the way some of this garbage gets started.
I was in the Doctors office in Hesperia yesterday and there was a guy in the waiting room and he was telling another person that he had 6 horses just north of town and a cougar had attacked one of them about 3 months ago. He said his wife noticed the horse’s tail was shredded and had infection and the vet said it was a cougar attack. I asked him how he new it was a cougar and not a dog? He said the vet said because cats have different kind of teeth and had to be made by at least a 30# cat, and the horse had cat scratch fever from it and if I had ever heard of it? I told him that the only person I knew of that had it was Ted Nugent. I told him I only lived about two miles from him and he asked if I had seen any cougars and I told him I had seen a white one and a black one but they both had 4 wheels.
We have a sand hill crane preserve owned by the State of MI just a little north of us and he told me that one of his good friends was up there and saw a DNR truck with empty cages in it and he asked what they were doing? They told him he better get out of there quick cause they had just released six Tom Cougars. When he asked them why they told him to help control the deer population. I asked him if he really believed they would turn cougars loose in a sand hill crane preserve of all places? He said his buddy saw it with his own eyes.
I told him that him and his buddy were full of s--t. And he let me know what a dumb a.. I was and would be sorry when they started attacking children in the neighborhood. And that was the end of our conversation.

I'm with this group too. But really I saw Bigfoot and two babies yesterday. Should I report it to Woodsrat because I'm sure is is more than 50% human which means it isn't a DNR issue.

I see that all the time, normally pushing a shooping cart too!
What I can't figure out is why the State supports this breeding population!
:yikes:

It was a bit fun when it started, but add me to the list of people who are tired of all the Cougar sightings posts.
