Hopefully, it will make people a little more accountable for their pets! Besides habitat loss, cats make a huge dent in animal populations! I just love the "will just spay and neuter them, then realease" Idea!!?? HMMMM! Pay somebody $30 to $100(each) to spay and nueter or have somebody pay $15 to shoot them.........I think spay and neuter is the way to go for Wisconsin taxpayers........NOT!:bash:
