I've never had a lot of success in the response (people attending) for hearings for various things by posting the information on this site but just in case some may be interested.... This does play a part of the residents in that area attempting to restrict the use of airboats on the river by bow fishermen and some waterfowl hunters.

This is not my area,,But Just what is the deal! Why do they want to restrict the use of airboats on the river?

I don't know the specifics in this case, but I can imagine it's because of the noise the boats make. Add to that the fact that alot of the bowfishing is done at night and I can see where it wouldn't go over well.

Please correct me if I'm wrong,

Mitch
