Driving on the Ice (SANG)

Stopped by SANG. To check it out before work and was surprised to see someone driving there SUV on the ice. I know there was still solid ice on Sunday. IMO I don't think I would be driving my truck out on the ice this time of year. I never drive out anyways.

Good choice:D I would not drive on the ice this year period,it did not freeze up good this year.

You gotta be crazy to do that, the DNR should give him a breath test for alcohol when he drives off the ice, because he must have liquid courage in his viens. later <><

In the spots I fish on LSC, theres more ice there now, than there has been all season.(every bit of 14") Only reason I didn't drive out is the cracks and the wind.

I'm still driving on some lakes west of saginaw 16-18 inches and the ice is as good as it was a month ago. Up north alot of lakes still have 2-3ft good ice :)
