nail knot

I tie this knot that I always called a nail knot. Don't remember where I learned it, I think it was in field and stream, (Taps tips), if your familiar. Any ways its just like the one on the main page but for mono I tie both ends. And I only use 4 loops instead of 5. Does any one know what type of knot this is called? Its hard for me to describe other than its like the one on the main page tied twice then pulled together so that the line can't slip through the other knot.
