Besides the grease in the lower end after every use what else shoud I be doing to keep it running good.
How often spark plugs?
Carb cleaning?
Seals?
Thanks for any input!

First let me say I seldom deal with jet outboards,
So you know to keep the bearing greased.other seasonal stuff would be to inspect the impeller to make sure it is sharp and ding free, inspect the grate and sleeve.
Other than that just treat her like an outboard

You have to shim the impeller. to the ware ring (ware sleave) check this
out... http://sites.state.pa.us/PA_Exec/Fish_Boat/boatcrs/jet/jetboard.htm
The aluminum impeller calls for .03 inches of clearance between its blade edge and the housing liner. The stainless steel impeller calls for only .015 inches of clearance. This alone helps to reduce cavitation and increase performance (See Figure 7).
Figure 7. A newly designed stainless steel impeller offers four thinner but stronger blades instead of a standard three-blade design. This design feature enhances payload capabilities.

Yep, grease it, keep it to specs on the ware ring(although, I haven't checked mine in 5 years).
Also in winter, tilt it up after use to inspect the grate for rocks, this will also help the water drain. Lower it back down and turn the key to turn it over for a split second and you are al set.
