Last year May 9th was the day the Lilacs bloomed for the most part. I started whipping the river a couple days after that and the water was around the 50 degree mark. With the way things are going the Lilacs will hibernate until June. Anybody want to take a stab at this one?? I will say May 16th. If you get it correct you win a prize.
