Well first I would like to say hi to all my cross border friends
Well the fishing in Cooks bay has been a little slow and you have to drill allot of holes to stay on the fish but it is always worth it in the end Degrassi Point has been producing fish but they seem to be '6' to '8' inch the jumbos are there but are not on the bite like the smaller ones I guess the older the wiser LOL!!
Little Cedar point has been producing all year long again you have to work to stay on the fish but the early morning and late evening have proven very succesful for all my customers .
There is one spot that has turned on this year and has'nt let up producing '10 to '13' fish on a regular basis but I was told to keep it a secret by my cross border friends LOL!! I was always bad at keeping secrets.
Cooks Bay has a good '25 to'28' of ice the best I've seen in years, out by the islands you have a good '15 to 18' of good ice.The snow lately will make it difficult to drive a 2 wheel drive vehicle but atv's , sleds and 4wd vevicles no problem just watch the cracks.
