Is there a area you can walk to on Saginaw Bay where you have a good chance of catching a walleye?I have no transportation out and would like to try it.Thanks for any help.

Check earlier on walking roads mentioned. Earlier this year someone mentioned a road that had easier access. Just search for it and you should find it:evil:

Looking for the same info...I have no transpertation but need to get my first walleye thru the ice...I drive to LSC every weekend from midland to try for perch that are not coperating this year so the pain from the long walk can't be much worse then the long drive evry week,,,any info would be appreciated

With as much snow as there is on the ice I would not recommend walking out there. Last ice when the fish come in close yeah. But right now you are looking at about a mile minimum. Most guy's are still running out 3-5 miles.

Drivin to LSC for perch every weekend now that is some dedication!
There are some perch on Sag bay too if you know where to look.
