walleye fingers big hit at the jobsite

Had a fish fry at the jobsite Friday, we have a injury free enviroment program where I work. So as a reward for working safe I cooked fish for all the trades. I used Capt. Dans walleye fingers recipe and man did it go over big. :corkysm55 Ended up giving the recipe to about 5 guys. Fifteen pounds of walleye later I was done frying whew! The only problem was there wasn't any leftovers for the trip to the Bay Saturday. :rant: I tell you what its as good cold as it is hot. Thanks for the recipe Dan they really mowed it down!

My report for Saturday is the big skunk caught up with me and now I gotta get rid of him.....Jimmy

Glad you and the boys liked it. In a few years, I'm thinking of retiring from chatering and starting a 3 nights a week fish fry joint using that recipe. :lol:
