Thought you would be interested in this. Essentially, the folks that live 20+ miles from Lake Michigan are getting thirsty. Water is getting to be a big issue out that way. The St. Clair River dredging made the news there today.

This will continue to be a problem. As the world's population explodes, our lovely Great Lakes fisheries will be increasingly in danger. But don't talk about too many people here and abroad . . . you'll be labled a xenophobe, or worse, an environmentalist.

Here's the most effective, long term way to save the great lakes and our aquatic ecosystems: Promote condom use.
