hello all went out to sag Bay Saturday feb 26 fished all day got Goose egg :rant: had a couple hits :dizzy: but missed them set up at 3 miles out 18 fow then moved to 4 miles out 20 - 21 fow still had no luck talk to some only heard of 1 person getting a 24" walleye about 4 miles out that i talk to we went out of linwood the crack is 1.5 miles out was about a 6" crack in the morning we still used planks to cross just to be safe ice is 18" thick came in at 7 pm many were waiting to cross the crack at linwood the crack busted up to 2.5 feet do to crossing we crossed with or planks and helped about 10to 15 quads and sleds cross with or planks and 1 other groups planks we were glad to help dont know where the dang fish are best to follow the packed down path for easy travel do to the heavy snow off the trail we were stuck a few times off the trail but was no big deal if u go out good luck and bring planks if u cross many that didnt have them were worried :tdo12: about crossing back after dark do to the chains on my buddys Quad kicking snow up and me riding on the back i was the riding snow man :lol: but much better then walking i wonder if the fish are shallow like in the 10 to 15 foot range :confused: got me AmericanAngler
