My warm water fishing partner had a stroak and won't be fishing much this year it looks like. I have a 14 ft. Starcraft with a 35h.p. Johnson on it with some electronic and I'm interested in fishing the east side. I have never fished the Detroit River, Saginaw Bay, or Lake St.Clair. Gots lots of tackle for trolling but thats all I ever done. I'm retired and can fish during week. Anybody interested P.M. or E-mail me.

Hey worm dunker. I see you had a really nice Salmon Rig at one time. I live over in St.Clair and belong to the Blue Water Sportfishing Association. It is mainly a salmon club- you probably heard of the Salmon Stakes or Blue Water Classic tournaments? My main thing is walleye fishing though. Lansing is a little hike from this side but, I know a guy Dan who is in the same boat as you are. His one buddy moved last year and others have passed. He is looking for someone who can get out during the week as well. He has 23' footer with some riggers but likes to fish for walleye up here by the Blue Water Bridge and hasn't done too much salmon fishing since he also doesn't have his buds anymore. He has also told me they used to fish Saginaw Bay through the years. I guess he has a camper for the back of his pickup and they would go for a few days with boat in tow. If you are interested let me know and I can ask him if I can shoot you his phone number. Sure would be great to get two guys back on the water together. I hope the distance doesn't spoil the deal.......Brent
