Unusual sightings

Saw what I thought was an unusual bird at Stoney Creek last spring. When I got home and looked in my bird book, I found it to be an Osprey. It was sitting in a bare tree along the waters edge.

I have been seeing alot of unusal things this year. Just this past week I have been seeing commarants behind my house there seems to be 8-10 of them. i live on a impoundment on the grand river near ionia. I also seen a eagle back there this past week and earlier in the summer i was seeing kingfishers two pais of them.
