GONE FISHIN(LARRY)

We have camped the past two summers both times in July at ALHOA S.P. on Mullet Lake .WE have found the walleye Fishing on Mullet Lake poor at best. Last year a guy who fishes the P.W.T. was camped across from us , he faired no better on walleye then we did. Our best day was 2 fish we took them on a evning troll right in front of the state park. We also caught a few jigging by the sunken islands in the n.w. corner of the lake. As far as perch anytime we put live bait on we caught perch all small. WE fished Indain only a few times boat traffic is intense,we managed ONLY one hammer head pike and a rock bass. Others from this site helped me out on locations where to fish to Mullet Lake,I tried them all with limeted sucess. The lake has a great reputation for fishing but so far we've struggled there , hopefully others can help better. The fishing was poor but the scenery is hard to beat.
