When does fishing season start???

Does anybody know for sure what the date for Trout/Walleye/Pike/Muskie season is this year?? The last Saturday in April happens to be the 30th, which means May 1 is the Sunday. Does that matter? When can we fish- April 24 or April 30!!?? Thanks! gotta start planning now

All depends upon the body of water and which species on your list. When you pick up the '05 fishing guides with your new license it will all be in there. I am not sure what regs will change from last year, so using last years guide to answer questions regarding this year could prove to be wrong. If you still have questions after reading the new guides, ask in the Law Forum, and Boehr will be happy to clarify for you.:)
