I’m looking for a 100 – 150 acre parcel with some frontage on either Lake Michigan or Huron. High bluff is acceptable. Looking for huntable property with a view. I’m tired of loosing my hard earned money in the market and think it’s time for a tangible investment. If anybody knows of such a parcel or can suggest a good realtor, please let me know.
Thanks!

Hey Luann - Can you give me some more information? What county? Lakefront footage? High or low land? Hardwoods? Age and condition of cabin.
Thanks,
BowDad

It is located in Baraga County. We have 210' frontage on Lake Superior. Our log cabin is in good condition. We have been living in it for 15 years. It is a year round home. The garage and house have brand new metal roofs put on last year. The kitchen and dining room have been completely remodeled. The living room was started and just needs carpet or the hardwood floors cleaned up. We have a septic system and great well. The home sits on the lake which I guess you would consider low land and the remaining property is way up on a hill which overlooks the lake and could possibly be broken down into lots and sold. The high land hasaccess from several roads and has electricity hookup available if someone builds up there. It has a spectacular view and would be well worth building on someday. There is hardwood and it is ready to be thinned out now. I would not be selling this if I had any choice. My husband has had to take a job in Lansing as there are no professional jobs available up here and he lost the election after 15 years for prosecutor. I am selling on my own and have listed it in several places. I have had a few look and one very interested from Minnesota who is up here hunting on it now. My brother got a 13 point buck off our property last year and there are several rubbings up there now. Bow hunters use my property every year, with permission and are very successful. We also have a bear or two taken off our property every year. Hope this helps. Let me know if you are interested in your own piece of heaven on earth. Thanks. Please respond to my e-mail address if you are interested in more information. luann421@yahoo.com
