We fished most of the day Friday and til 1;30 today and ended with 75 all over 8 inches with twenty 10 and over with 2 over 13 had a great time not fast but good sized.Caught most on wigglers but got quite a few on smaller minnows to and the best fishong we had was between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m..And nice taking the Cotton Road taxi out too.We were fishing about 8 foot of water.

I think one of the big reasons we did well is because I auger lots of holes looking for some productive weeds and when we found them we sit there til it goes cold. Also we had big shanty that we could have 4 poles in with minnows and wigglers on that many lines in one area was a good feeding area for them.

The TAXI MAN Jeff knows the lake he has lived there most of his life. He also gets good guide reports from his neighbors. So trust him....he knows.

Sorry about that bro. I wanted to hit you up on the radio and meet up with you too. I changed my mind at the last second and ended up going to Campau Bay instead of Cotton this morning. Sorry about the curveball. It wasn't much better. Sounds like both spots were really hit or mostly miss. We got some decent jumbalaya's at Campau, but way to few and far, far between. We'll hook up yet.
