Finally headed out for the first time this season. Actually I haven't been out fishin since the end of the summer......so I really really really need some fish. I'm planning on getting out around 7 or 7:00 Saturday morning. I'm wondering if anyone can clue me in on were I might be able to catch a couple for the fryin' pan. Looking to stay between the mile roads and the Clinton River. I don't want anyone honey hole (if there even is such a thing) - just lookin' for a general area or water depth. Thanks for any info you are willing to share.

Howdy, Chris-
Hey! Somebody help Chris out! He's had a really stressful time recently, but now that his daughter Kelsi is home and healthy, he deserves some FUN!!! ;)
Check out the Campau Bay thread.

Cotten, Campau, fairhaven, metro.....It's all kind of a crap shoot right now. 1 doesn't seem to be any better than the other. There in for a day or two and then they're gone...Roll the dice and take your chances!!!
Have fun! :)

Chris, I sure wish I could help but I haven't been on the water since just before it turned hard. It sounds like Campau has been hit and miss. PM me if you go. I live in the area and will be home working on the house (except Sat 10:30 - 12:30 my son has a hockey game). If you don't get yourself a Perch dinner, I want you to stop by and and have a beer and I'll take care of the Perch dinner part. Hope all is going well with your beautiful little girl. :)
