took 2 limits of nice gills 50 to 100 yrds out from channel. had to sort thru about 100 dinks to get any bigger than pike bait but lots of fun for the kids.took 3 bass over 5 lbs on tip-ups,to bad they had to go back.open water at end of channel but 6 inches or so out on the lake.

Have you heard anything about guys picking up any eyes or perch out from the Launch? I might head over there on Saturday Morning for a bit. What is the Ice thickness out at the mouth of the channels?
