Lakes in Sleeping Bear National Park

Anyone ever fish Deer, Bass or Otter lakes at the end of Trails End road? I've heard Bass lake has some decent crappies and gills can anyone confirm?

If your talking about the Bass Lake near School Lake or maple City the I can say that I grew up fishing the lake. My parents used to have a cabin on the lake and then sold it to the National Park service and it is gone now. Good pike, perch in there when I was a kid. It is a beautiful place. That lake is resposible for my fishing addicition. Enjoy it because I sure did in the '80's. There is a point/drop off we used to fish on the east side of the lake. Good luck.

I don't think it's the same lake. These lakes are located just off M-22 between Frankfort and Empire.
