Lk St Claire ice ?

Was wondering if I should load up the quad to fish off Metro Pky Sat morn. The plan is to meet my deer hunting friends for a little fishing, we come from three different states. I drag a lot of stuff along with me anymore, and don't know how far out people travel. I have never fished there before, as I live a lot closer to Saginaw Bay, and normally head up there instead. Has anyone been out there in the last few days who knows how the ice is looking?

I had my quad out there yestrday. Ice is fine just a little slushy on top. DONT GO NORTH OF HURON POINT OUT OF METRO. Stay south of the point and you will be fine.
