would just like to take a minute to thank springer for coming up with the great spuds and suds outing. truely the best time i have had fishing. also thanks to all of the rest of the guys for all of your contributions to this great day. a very special thanks to (insert name here cause i'm not telling) who talked us into going to south river road because a certain other person said 30 plus fish in the bucket:rant: . this report caused us to look like complete well you knows with the rig. what an adventure to say the least. at any rate thanks again for the great day out of doors. michigan sportsmen forum........ can't live with it.......can't live without it:lol:

Had a great time as well...that was the best fishing (fishing for beers out of the case that is) I have done this year. By the way does anyone need some hot dog buns????

Hey not a problem it was great I was going to meet up with you guys at lunch thats about when that fog rolled in and we were about 1/2 mile away from the pack I could barely see the guy fishing 20 yards away from us "maybe next time". Good to put some faces with the names on here maybe we could have another late ice outing if the ice allow's that and by then hopefully the dang nab fishing picks up "2 fish in 14 hrs of fishing OMG".

Had a real good time Saturday also, will also be at the next one.(hopefully this year) It was just too bad the fish were only there in the morning before we got there. Thats the way it goes sometimes. We still had fun. It seemed that Grizzly could tow anything out on the ice, what a nice looking machine with the wheels to match.

Super Bowl Sunday got nothing at S. River, moved to 9 mile fords cove area and got 25-30. Glad we moved, I do have Sunday pics but can't find my cable to download to my computer, one fish was just under 12 in. Hard beads out producing live bait that day. Dads buds went to Canada Mitchells Bay and limited out again, they limited out last two times out, three guys. tightlinesyall
