Anyone happen to know what the waters below foote dam are like right now? Any ice or anything...I'm thinking of heading up to my uncle's cabin in a week or two and would like to get out on the river, or the pier for that matter. Any info would be appreciated.:fish2:
Ice normally isn't a problem below the dam. It's the lower river where it becomes a problem.
We always head up to the dam when the lower has too much ice. I've always been able to fish up there even when it's below zero.
Good luck to you. Hope you find some fish.

If worse comes to worse you could always go above the dam and try icefishing on the pond!
