If you're looking for a good drill for driving an auger, check out Home Depot. I just came from there and they've got an 18V drill with a driver combo for $99. Regular price is $199. I'm bummed because I got there too late and they also had the same drill but with a trim saw combo for the same price. He said he had three of them there this morning but they went quick. :( I can understand why, that's a NICE drill for $99. I've got an 18V Dewalt cordless that I've been using for over two years without any trouble at all. Lots of torque and batteries always last a good long time. I was at the Rochester Hills HD and they had three of the drill/driver combos left when I was there at about 1:30. I still may head back there and pick up one of the drill/driver combos just so I've got a backup. Besides, then I'll get two new batteries and a charger. I've also got the Dewalt 18V laser so it'll be good to have extra batteries for that.

If ya want one, get there quick !

John

John, Its a Dewalt 18v? Does it come with a charger, one or two batterys? I might have to stop by HD on the way (before I get) home! Thanks!

Sure is. It's a Dewalt 18V Drill and it comes with charger and two batteries. The driver is smaller but that has one battery with it I think. All comes in a nice heavy black plastic case too.
