Moderators, I would've posted this in the buy/sell forum, but it wouldn't let me post it there????
I recently purchased "The SIMS 2" for my PC off of ebay (BRAND NEW) and found out that it only works in a DVD Rom drive, which I do not have on my computer. Long story short, they won't give me my money back  I paid $27 bucks for it, and it's $50 new. I'll let it go for 20 bucks (shipping included in that price). First one to post gets it.

Pick up a DVD drive. I've seen them as low as $20.00. Your going to end up needing a DVD drive again as the software companies convert.

Like to use it so my daugher can watch movies on our marathon car rides......Had the VCR and a 19" plugged into the invertor on the way south...Talk about bright!!!! I think I found out why they don't make 19" portable DVD players!!!! We must have looked like a rolling spot light going down the x way!!!!

If it's the factory installed DVD drive, go to IBM's site and download it from there, should be able to input the serial number and it will pull all the drivers for that Tpad, or if you know the make/model of the DVD drive go to that manufacturers website and download it from them, that would prolly be the safest method to try first.
(Sorry for the highjacking GVSUKUSH, but at least it's staying at the top) :)

Thanks for the suggestions guys, but the wife already picked up the Sims 2 that will play in our comp, we're just looking to make some of the money back and give someone $30 off a brand new game. I have a PS2, portable DVD player, etc. etc. etc. Last thing I need is another thing on my comp taking up my time ;) :dizzy: Lord knows this site takes up enough of my time as it is!

Complete Ebay auctions for the game are going for over $30 plus shipping right now.
Do a 1 or 3 day auction, make a few bucks.
