Im thinking of trying for some walleyes tomorrow and I dont know if I should try Union lk or Pontiac lk in oakland county? Any suggestions? and how is the fishing on those lakes...? Also if u have any other lakes in mind that have good walleye fishing.

Your best chance would be to fish at sun up or sun down. Which one to fish anyones guess? Personally I wouldn't get my hopes to high catching walleye in these inland lakes. Not many are taken for the fishing pressure they get. I catch the occasional walleye on tipups when I'm targeting pike, think of it as a bonus ;) Good luck

pontiac gives up more walleye but smaller. talked to a guy today who fishes off the west side boat ramp.find 10 foot of water and jig. in union lake i caught my first walleye at dark today.i fished yesterday and today both at dusk and saw 4 walleye. i posted a pic of it.also have another thread with details. try pontiac in a.m. and union at 4-7 p.m.
