I heard that a hardware in Dexter sells bait. Is it open on Sunday mornings and if so when does it open??
Never fished 4mile lake and I hear it pretty good for pike.
Thanks in advance for the help...PM me with any info you might have.

The bait shop was open when we went to it at about 8:30 am, but i'm not sure what time they open. The guy there is really cheap...he counts every single minnow he puts into ur bucket. As for the fishin we didnt do very good. We had a bunch of little bites in 18 ft and only got a dink perch and dink sunfish. I was hoping to get into some pike action...but nothing. Oh ya and if ur gonna get a kind of worm I suggest getting wigglers. Good Luck!

Thanks for the info..I'll give it a try. Several folks have said the lake
is full of pike but not many pan fish. I'm getting cabin fever and need
to get out the weather is supposed to be great tomorrow.

Four Mile has been really slow, at least for the panfish. The fish are there, just cant get them to bite. Saw quite a few big redears through the spearing hole but cant get them to take the bait. Hopefully it will get better.

I was out there yester day and going back in a little bit. I slammed the gills yesterday, nothing too big but they sure do look nice in the pan.
