If you are considering fishing the FLW Walleye League in Michigan this year on the co-angler side and would like to get guaranteed entry status, please e-mail me and we can sign up together. (need to sign up in pairs to get the status)

Looks like a decent line-up this year with the Detroit River, Houghton Lake, and 2 events on Saginaw Bay. For those unfamiliar with this circuit, it has arguably the best deal going for the co-angler - $75 entry fee and you just show up and fish for a day - all equipment is provided by your partner - what a deal!

Anyway, if interested, please e-mail me at the address below.

Thanks,
Bob

All set.

If anyone else would like to sign up with guaranteed status, I know of others who would like a co-angler to sign up with.

You can e-mail me at the above address or post a note that you are looking for a "Boater wanted for the Michigan FLW Walleye League" under the Tournament Info section of the message board at www.walleyecentral.com - it seems to be a clearing house of sorts.

As of last week, the folks at FLW Outdoors said the Michigan events were about 1/3 full already. It is still early - based on last year, I would expect 50-80 boats per event (full field would be 100).

Think warm weather!

Bob
