After spending about 2 1/2 hours on the ice, my son and I caught 5 dinks. We tried Swedish Pimples, Jigging Rapalas, Ken's spoons, and small lead jigs. And, we tipped them with Jensen's eggs (hot pink and green) and/or spikes. The ones we caught were on the lead jigs.
Oh, and we were at the SANG DNR launch. We went off on the lake side about 200-300 yards out in about 4-5 feet of water.
Spent 2 hours yesterday afternoon at the SCS USCG and got two. If you laid them end to end they may have totalled 6 inches combined.

i wish i could tell you guys that i found some type of honey hole, but the reality is much the opposite. all i hear is dirty water, dinks, dinks, dinks, dinks, dinks, dinks, dinks, dinks, dinks, i think you get the picture. i managed a few keepers saturday by south river rd. but to tell you the truth it is worth the time and effort. sorry wish i had better

I fished the Venetian canal yesterday until we were bored of these tiny fish. Caught about 120 dinks. 4 or 5 were keepers, and those were small keepers. :gaga:

Fished out of Fairhaven on Sunday. Ice was 6-8" thick, water was still a bit stained, but you could make out the bottom in about 7' of water. We saw & caught a fair number of fish, but they were all just dinks in the 4-6" range. We only caught one fish that made 8". Lots of snow on the ice! Tough traveling on foot or with a quad.

Fished off to the left of SANG launch in front of the first canal Sunday afternoon. Dozen or so perch. Dinky fish.

Mushy I'd call the the bait store before I made that drive, last I heard the pumps are still pumping dirty water into the bay and water is still murky.

I guess i will just go to Ginos, and try to get as close to the fenced off area you set up Ed Mich. Its all good, maybe we will pull some slobs in that area again.
