Fair haven dnr ramp report:
Water is not bad, ice is good, fishing is o.k if you like small fish.
bikes and snow mobiles out in force, 4 to 6 inch perch is the norm.
I heard a rumer that muskamute bay did well early this week. but thats not confirmed by anyone I know from the island

Thanks for the report and welcome to the site. Is any body driving quads out to the fishing grounds? Or should I plan on hoofin it?

We fished today anywhere from 5 to 7 inches of ice machines all over thr bay, permanent shanty go out about a mile or so. Now the real news no keepers today all dinks. Ran into Fishin Fools out there same story with them dinks but that can all change tomorrow.

well I will be out at fairhaven tomorrow..Is there a DNR launch? if that doesn't work out i Heard some ok reports from ginos..

Youngbuck I was going to PM you but I thought maybe you'd be down here tonite for some reason. Yes ther is a DNR ramp there it would be an ideal place for you and your bud . It's going to blow big time tomorrow so I'd stay away from Gino's. Redneck ther parking on the ice with trailers and all I think you'll be O.K. just don't go out far. The fishing will get better once this weather stablelizes. I maybe there tomorrow depending on the BIG BLOW. :dizzy: :rant:
