We caught a ton of perch at the canals towards the baracks. I kept 40 between 8 and 10. Only way there was to know somebody living there. Now that ice is back, should try that area. Also had good report of fish to north side of bay. Good Luck!!!

Hey uncledanger, How was the ice at Selfridge? How far did it extend out in the lake and were there many people fishing? Would you recommend it for tomorrow afternoon. What did you use for bait? Thanks in advance.

Went to Selfridge today ice was 4-5" but in one spot my spud went thru in 1 hit. Was walking on snow, but the rest of the ice was hard and fine. Fished from 3:30 to 5:30 4 bites no fish, but a great time anyways. Be out there the next few days, was using minnows on glowies.
