They gave me a free hat and sticker when I bought my Mathews , but I think they are going to need to give me more than that to keep my business . I'm going to try out a Whisper Creek bow this year .:)

I am a harley fan, Own a 04 roadking. Only thing I wear that has the harley on it is a hat I got for 1/2 price and a couple of shirts that I recieved as gifts. I ride to ride not to display.
I do however have several hunting and fishing shirts though. of course I am a hunter and a fisherman.
I ran into this same thing when I fly fish , I see so many wannabees on the streams wearing as much Orvis gear as possible. I too throw flys with an orvis rod , but only because of quality not immage.
this brings me full circle to the mathews bow Quality should be the reason you choose to shot mathews not immage. Alot of quality hunting has taken place with the simple longbow and recurve. it takes 10X's more skill to shoot with these instruments and most who I know (including myself) never judge someone by what the are shooting but rather how they shoot.
Off my soapbox

trushot,
I do have a vanity plate on the harley . I suppose that will work for being a snob. I have people stop me all the time to ask me about it it reads
GTBTK ......... from a mel brooks movie. "Its Good to be the King"

I with you. I'll be walking billboard if you give me the stuff. But I never buy any of it. I have only bought about dozen t-shirts in 20 years(half were to support the cub scouts). The rest were all free.
I am very pleased with my Mathews, it was the best shooting bow fitting what I wanted when I bought it.
Who knows what my next bow will be, I will shoot them all then decide.

Trushot,
What I am really looking for on the roadking is a way to haul my bow. better yet a way to strap a deer to it , looks like I need to get a sidecar so I can just load the ol buck in and drive him home.
