I fished the deep water in the South Basin, because the North end is not ready. 8-10 inches of good ice in the South at 100 fow. Two small lakers in a couple hours with tip-ups. Cold temps and wind, the first frostbite of the year!! Little to no snow on the ice, and no slush found anywhere, which is a vast improvement over last year.
