Hello Everyone,

I just bought a cabin off this lake. I have fished Lake Erie for 15 years and now the boat will be on the lake for the summer. Just

looking for what fish are swimming around. I have no knowledge about this lake. Hopefully someone here also lives or has a cabin,

maybe just stops by there because its a good lake to fish.

Please fill me in.

New guy here.

Thanks

I think I'm going to check out this lake myself, I picked up a Hot Spots map at Jaymart for 5.00. It has some good general info on it. I was wondering if there are any public places to park and get out ice fishing. It looked like all the ramps are private and charge a fee. Thanks in advance for any help. Mark

My Uncle has a cabin on the lake We fish it all the time during the summer. Catch walleye, pike, bluegill, crappie, carp, bass. last year we were in the boat fishin and watchin the fireworks cuaght a small walleye they seem to be on the smaller side though. But its a great bass and bluegill lake. Good luck.

gman,

Their is a dnr boat launch off and north of m-30 (first road to the left past the bridge). During the winter, you can get away without paying, but during the summer you will have to pay.

There is alost another boat launch at the marina, just past the m-30 bridge on the right hand, but here again, I beleive during the summer they charge.
