schedule of events??????????????

the club in Durand has open trap and skeet shooting between 10 am and 2 pm on satrudays. Other than that I haven't noticed any kind of schedule. That could be by design, but it would be kind of nice to know what part of the day the eating is going to take place, and what time the cookoff is being judged etc. We have a church sponsored float in a parade in Dewitt the same day and we'd like to be able to schedule for both. If we can't its not the end of the world, but a little scheduling might create more comfort.:D

The cooking contest is scheduled for 2:00 (give or take a reasonable time) on Sat. Afternoon. Hope that works for everyone. Remember, the judges want a 1 qt. sample of each entry. Entry forms will be available at the time that you register for the contest.

How does this sound for a schedule?

Not having an exact number of people that are going to be there, its hard to schedule who should shoot what and when. SO, that is up to you and those that you want to hang with for the time being. People are going to be coming and going all day, that also makes it hard to have a schedule.

Looks like some times could be:
9:00-10:00 show up and meet people
10:00-12:00 skeet shoot if you want. If not, head to the archery area or the rifle range.
12-1:30 Lunch on your own. This will give those who are cooking time to prepare for the 2:00 cooking contest
1:30-5:00 Shoot, shoot, shoot
2:00 Cooking contest
5:00-6:00 Prepare for dinner
6:00 Sit down and chow away
Any other suggestions welcome.

Will anybody be around on sunday evening? I ended up getting an invite from an old friend that I havent seen in some time to go out and try for some kings this weekend.....if anybody is staying until monday might come by on my way back downstate sunday....
