Has anyone fished the Thames for Waldo in the last 5 years? We use to limit on nice fish in the morning and fish Mitchells Bay for Perch after 10:00 am If we didn't have enough Walleye we would finish up on the evening bite.
We would start out of Tillberry and buy the bait at Phils from Tom and his wife. Get a idea of where the fish were located and then work it. Tom's wife passed away and Tom is a bait dealer now. Getting info on the walleye run is next to impossible. Bass Haven has a web site but reading it only one or two guys give info on the river.
The Thames could produce hundreds of Walleye in a two day weekend. I remember, does anyone else?
I Will get one out of the Thames this year or stop buying a Canadian license.
