[Downstate Doug]

I went out on the river Tuesday morning and had to turn around and head back. A few of the areas I regularly fish had a lot of shore ice limiting my access to the holes. I tried a few casts but kept getting snagged on the ice edge. Maybe this warm weather will break it up a bit with some good run-off.

Thanks for the report Doug,talked to my dad yesterday he made no metion of any shore left after this warm spell .Very little snow left,few fish caught not many.

There is no shore ice over on this side of the state and very little snow left as well. With the change in weather to the garbage we're getting outside right now.......freezing rain.....the fishing has cooled.
