Big Fish Lake (Lapeer County)

Has anyone been over there yet this year and how was the ice condition?

I hit it a few times last winter and did fairly well on the pearch and gills, but the pike where very tight lipped.

I'm looking to ice fish somewhere in lapeer can you tell me where Big fish lake is located. I'm over in Capac off of M21

I have not heard anything about Ice Conditions on Big Fish. Hope someone has since I have been wondering as well.

I drove by it a couple of days ago. No one had been out on it and none of the houses had any permanents out. You might be able to fish by the boat launch but the deeper spots might take a while to freeze properly.
