Livingston County area best bets - advice needed

Anyone going out on Wed - 12/29 in the afternoon (or any day in the next few days or this weekend) in the Livingston County, western oakland or southern genessee area. We live in Hartland.

My boys and I just got into ice fishing last winter and haven't had hardly any success. Would anyone be willing to meet us at a good lake/ pond with good action and give us some first hand tips and advice. I have done quite a bit of reading and stuff, but haven't really actually fished with anyone that was very experienced. We just got our first portable shanty on Monday, so we are all set for anywhere.

Hope someone wants to help a guy out and his young'ins.

hey chad, i just got back from tennesse and ready to fish. i have a couple spots that i know should produce if you want to give it a shot. i will be out in the morning and again tomorrow afternoon if the weathers good. send me a pm and we will get out and fish.

try cavanaugh lk 94 to kalmbauck rd go north till the road turns left 100 yards parking on the left lake is to the right i will be in gray shanty.i have been doing good for perch some in the 11& 12 inch range.you watch the fish come in real fun for the kids.
