Agreed, unfortunatelly there are allot of people who would just keep it, there is a possibilty that who ever found it may have turned it into the Sheriff station at metro.

That does suck. When I first bought my aqua-vu I was fishing the Saginaw River one night and finished fishing and drove home (1 1/2 hours) only to find my camera was not with my stuff. Drove all the way back and found it on the ice where it had fallen off my sled, thankfully I was the last one off that night.

Good luck finding your flasher,I know the feeling, I once set my lantern down after coming in ice fishing once to let it cool off before putting it in the case,got a couple miles away and it hit me that i had left it there.Well when I got there it was gone.Hopefully you will have a better outcome,there are a few decent people still in this world.Good luck again.
